There is no doubt that Hogwarts Legacy multiplayer is a key feature for all of the Wizarding World fans around the world. Let’s be honest, we were all hoping for an open-world Harry Potter game where we could learn spells, roam around the forbidden forest, and fly around on our brooms together.
Does Hogwarts Legacy have multiplayer?
The short answer here is, no. Hogwarts Legacy right now does not have any co-op or multiplayer based modes. It is purely a single-player RPG, as previously confirmed by Avalanche.
The above might be disappointing to some of you, especially the players that were hoping to share their Hogwats adventure with their friends. But, with that being said, the story of Hogwarts Legacy does not disappoint and there is enough to keep people interested in the game for many hours of continuous gaming. The Hogwarts Legacy story has a large number of characters that you can interact with that all have their own little challenges and quests, that you can complete alongside the main story.
Is there a chance that Hogwarts Legacy will get a multiplayer mode in the future?
Unfortunately, I can not answer this for certain. Right now it is not looking likely seeing as Avalance has made it clear from both the pre-release streams and gameplay demos that they have not planned any kind of multiplayer experience. However, that doesn’t mean it can’t happen.
